1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "Player", "User", "you") and 444cv (the "Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing the 444cv website at 444cv.app, creating a player account, depositing funds, or using any product or service offered by 444cv, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by this Agreement and all policies incorporated herein by reference, including the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any bonus terms published on the platform.

444cv reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any portion of these Terms & Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the revised Agreement will be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically. If you do not agree to any amended terms, you must cease using 444cv and close your account.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the platform in any capacity. If you are accessing 444cv on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to this Agreement.

2 Account Registration

To access any real-money product on 444cv — including sports betting, casino games, live dealer tables, slots, and bingo — you must first register a player account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals who meet the requirements set out in this Agreement.

2.1 Registration Requirements

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number registered to a Bangladeshi mobile carrier. You must not use pseudonyms, false identities, or another person's personal details. Providing false registration information is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

2.2 One Account Rule

Each individual may hold only one active 444cv account at any time. If 444cv determines that a player operates more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — all accounts associated with that player will be suspended. Any pending withdrawals, bonus balances, and free bets held across the duplicate accounts will be voided. Where fraud or deliberate misrepresentation is identified, 444cv reserves the right to retain any real-money deposits pending further investigation.

2.3 Account Verification (KYC)

444cv operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. You may be required to submit valid identity documentation — such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence — and proof of residential address. Verification may also be requested before processing your first withdrawal, upon reaching specified deposit thresholds, or at any time 444cv deems appropriate. Failure to complete verification within the required timeframe may result in account restrictions or closure.

2.4 Account Credentials

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. 444cv will never contact you requesting your password. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify 444cv support immediately at [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). 444cv will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to safeguard their credentials.

3 Age Restriction — 18+ Only

444cv is an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any form of real-money gaming on 444cv. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies to all players regardless of the jurisdiction from which they access the platform.

444cv uses industry-standard age verification procedures during account registration. Parents and guardians are advised to make use of parental control software to prevent minors from accessing gambling websites. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 444cv are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No currency conversion is applied at any stage of the deposit or withdrawal process. The following terms govern how funds are managed on the platform.

4.1 Deposits

444cv accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The minimum deposit is ৳100 via bKash and Nagad mobile wallets. Deposits are credited to your 444cv account balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation from the payment provider. 444cv does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals to bKash and Nagad are processed within two minutes of approval during normal operating hours. Withdrawals via Visa or Mastercard may take 1–5 business days depending on your card issuer. 444cv reserves the right to request supporting documentation before approving any withdrawal.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Before a withdrawal can be processed, your account must be fully verified. Players who have claimed a deposit bonus must meet all applicable wagering requirements before the bonus-derived balance becomes withdrawable. Real-money deposits (excluding bonus funds) are not subject to wagering requirements and may be withdrawn at any time, subject to account verification. 444cv does not impose withdrawal fees. Any fees charged are the exclusive responsibility of the receiving payment provider.

4.4 Refused Transactions

444cv reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withhold any deposit or withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a violation of these terms. In such cases, the affected funds may be frozen pending investigation. 444cv will cooperate fully with any relevant financial or regulatory inquiry.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

444cv offers bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus policy set out in this section.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded by 444cv are subject to wagering requirements. The applicable wagering multiplier will be clearly stated in the individual offer terms. Until the wagering requirement has been met in full, bonus funds and any winnings generated from them cannot be withdrawn. Only wagers placed on eligible games contribute to wagering requirements — game contribution percentages are specified in each bonus offer.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each bonus offer is available once per player, per household, per IP address, and per device. Attempting to claim the same bonus multiple times through the creation of duplicate accounts, the use of VPNs, or any other circumvention method is a violation of these terms.

5.3 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses carry an expiry date from the time of activation or deposit. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain subject to wagering requirements at the time of expiry will be automatically removed from your account balance. The expiry period for each offer is specified in the relevant promotion terms.

5.4 Bonus Abuse

444cv monitors all bonus activity for patterns consistent with bonus abuse, including but not limited to: placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee a return regardless of outcome, placing low-risk bets solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent, and coordinating with other players to exploit promotional structures. Where bonus abuse is identified, 444cv reserves the right to cancel the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the account.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player on 444cv, you agree to use the platform in good faith and in compliance with all applicable laws. In particular, you agree to the following obligations:

• You will only register one account in your own legal name and will not allow any third party to use your account.
• You will provide truthful information at all times, including during registration, verification, and any subsequent identity checks requested by 444cv.
• You will not attempt to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, use automated bots or scripts, or engage in any form of cheating or collusion with other players.
• You will not use the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates the laws of Bangladesh.
• You will not attempt to access another player's account or obtain their personal or financial information by any means.
• You will not use abusive, threatening, or offensive language towards 444cv staff or other players through any communication channel.
• You will inform 444cv if your circumstances change in a way that affects your eligibility to hold an account — for example, if you become subject to a self-exclusion order.
• You are solely responsible for any tax obligations that arise from winnings in your country of residence. 444cv does not withhold or remit taxes on behalf of players.

Violation of any user obligation may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your 444cv account at any time by contacting the support team via live chat or by emailing [email protected] (plain text — not a clickable link). Before your account is closed, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed in the normal manner, subject to verification. Bonus balances that have not met their wagering requirements will be removed upon account closure.

7.2 Suspension by 444cv

444cv reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or unverifiable registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion.
• Duplicate account detection.
• Use of unauthorised software, bots, or cheating tools.
• A court order, regulatory instruction, or law enforcement request.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that gambling is having a negative impact on their lives may request a self-exclusion period. Self-exclusion can be applied for periods ranging from 30 days to permanent exclusion, and is managed directly through your account settings or by contacting support. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be able to access games, make deposits, or receive marketing communications. 8 Limitation of Liability

444cv provides its platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we take all reasonable steps to ensure the availability and accuracy of our services, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or error-free operation at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control may occasionally affect platform availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 444cv shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: loss of winnings due to technical errors, loss of data, loss of access due to account suspension, or any action taken by 444cv in good faith under these Terms & Conditions.

444cv shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement where such failure is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, internet outages, banking system failures, or any force majeure event.

Nothing in this Agreement limits 444cv's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. If you believe 444cv has acted in breach of this Agreement, you should contact the support team in the first instance to seek a resolution before pursuing any formal dispute process.
